The İKSV website gives us some general information:
Set in 14th-century England, the work tells the story of a chain of events that begins with the fat womaniser Falstaff, one of the most amusing characters created by Shakespeare, trying to seduce Alice Ford and Meg Page, who are married and close friends, at the same time. In this comedy, it is emphasised that everything is a joke in this world full of fools after experiencing confusion about love, money, ambition, and all human emotions.
