The pianist Toros Can, who trained in Ankara, London, the USA and Eskişehir, won first place at the 3rd Orléans International Piano Competition, which focuses on music of the 20th century. Prof. Can once taught at Anadolu University, Eskişehir. At this concert he is to perform a wide selection of 20th-century works – not just classical pieces, but also tangos, pop and heavy metal.
