Soloists from the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra (2 oboists, 2 clarinettists, 2 bassoonists, 3 horn-players, a cellist and a double-bass player) are to perform works by two Czech composers: an arrangement by Andreas Tarkmann of the 1866 opera The Bartered Bride by Bedřich Smetana (1824-84) and the 1878 Serenade for Wind Instruments in D minor, Op. 44, by Antonín Dvořák (1841-1904).
