The Royal Anthropological Institute, SOAS, Anglo-Turkish Society and the British Institute at Ankara is delighted to announce a one-day symposium: Archaeology in Anatolia
The purpose of this symposium is to celebrate this deep legacy, document new finds and bring us up to date with novel new ways of evaluating data and cutting edge technology. It is also a showcase for what more needs to be done to ensure continued excavation, and highlight some of the challenges faced by sites both explored and new.
