Chiharu Shiota’s web-like installation curated by Öykü Özsoy Sağnak is wrapped around the whole gallery, emphasizing the theme of “presence in the absence.” It represents the flow of blood and life, connecting people, emotions and memories. The award winning artist Chiharu Shiota represented Japan at the Venice Biennale 2015 and has exhibited her work Internationally over many years.
