In this closing concert for the 2023–24 season (one of the DenizBank Concerts), the Istanbul State Symphony Orchestra with the State Polyphonic Chorus (Devlet Çoksesli Korosu) will perform Beethoven’s Symphony No 9. The orchestra will be conducted by Hasan Niyazi Tura, and the choir by Burak Onur Erdem; the soloists, meanwhile, will be Dilruba Bilgi (soprano), Nesrin Gönüldağ (mezzo soprano), Serkan Bodur (tenor) and Caner Akgün (baritone) – all from the Istanbul State Opera and Ballet Company.
