Textiles specialist Penny Oakley will lead a tour of the LARTA Fair focussing on Ottoman and Islamic textiles.

Penny Oakley has worked with, and written on, Islamic embroideries for many years, and is a contributing editor to Hali, and co-author of Stars of the Caucasus, Silk Embroideries from Azerbaijan.
