“I am IC, a School’s Journey from Smyrna to Beirut” recounts the history of International College from its beginnings in Smyrna (today’s Izmir) to its current location in Beirut. It highlights the challenges faced by the school, including wars and nationalism, and its quest for independence and a stable home in the midst of Lebanese civil unrest.
