Join Bettany Hughes in conversation, Saturday 8 February 11.30–12.30 at the British Museum! Huges will explore the ‘endlessly fascinating, multi-layered city of Istanbul and its role as a meeting place for ideas, religion, philosophy, arrt and trade on the historic Silk Roads.’ At the end of the talk there will be a book signing of Istanbul: a Tale of Three Cities and The Seven Wonders of the Ancient World from 12:30pm - 1pm.
