Peter Sarik and his fellow-musicians are to perform jazz arrangements of pieces by Johann Sebastian Bach, Béla Bartók and Ludwig van Beethoven. This popular ensemble performs in Istanbul every year.
NB: The Beşiktaş Naval Museum does not have a website listing all the events at this venue. There are, however, websites for individual series of events. For instance, there is a website for the Artisan Organizasyon/Opus Amadeus Chamber Music Festival. The Hungarian concerts are advertised only on the Biletix site and on Instagram. In short, the ‘Biletix.com.mekan/19’ site – see ‘For events (in Turkish)’, above – is the best place to go to find out everything that’s on there. If you can find a reliable site that lists all the concerts but is not for ticket sales, please tell me.
