The London Antique Rug & Textile Art Fair (LARTA) is the UK’s leading annual fair dedicated to the appreciation of antique rug and textile art. This specialist event brings together quality decorative pieces and interesting collectors’ items presented by some of the UK and Europe’s most dynamic and knowledgeable dealers.
The aim of LARTA is to promote this vibrant art form to a wide audience, and offer a tempting array of textiles and weavings for sale. The scope of interest is broad, and includes weavings from the Far East, Central Asia, Persia, India, Turkey, the Caucasus as well as from Europe and Africa, and from all periods up to the early 20th century. Customers typically include collectors, interior decorators and designers, private buyers and international dealers.
Cornucopia will be at the top of the stairs on the mezzanine floor to welcome all our new and old friends with many of our books and magazines. We look forward to this special event every year. It’s also a great opportunity to pick up the new issue and back copies, meet the staff, and subscribe while visiting this very unique and beautiful fair.
