In this concert, entitled Yıldızlar ve Aryalar (‘Stars and Arias’), the CRR Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Murat Cem Orhan, is to accompany the celebrated Russian operatic soprano Olga Peretyatko in arias by Bellini, Wagner, Verdi, Rachmaninov, Bizet and Gounod. In addition, the orchestra will play pieces by Tchaikovsky, Weber, Dvořák and Elgar. This concert will take place not in the Cemal Reşit Rey Concert Hall, but in the nearby Harbiye Cemil Topuzlu Open-Air Theatre (Harbiye Cemil Topuzlu Açıkhava Tiyatrosu).
