You are warmly invited by the Beshara Magazine to discuss issues raised in the recent article ‘Rewilding A Hope for the Future’. besharamagazine.org/well-being-ecology/rewilding-a-hope-for-the-future/

Richard Twinch, who penned the article, will make a short presentation and chair the discussion.

The concentration of the discussion will be around the ‘hope for the future’, - faced as we are by dramatic climate change and species extinction on a vast scale. The human being in this discussion will be considered an integral part of the natural order, and the actions of each individual dependent on, and contributing to, the whole. It is important therefore that everybody arrives prepared and reads the article which is free online as there are many interconnected issues – otherwise such a discussion tends to result in polarities both ‘for’ and ‘against’ specific proposals (wolves, grouse-moors, lynxes sheep…..) . We look forward to our discussion in the spirit of openness, free enquiry and tolerance.
