The artist Ardan Özmenoğlu reflects the architecture and history of Anna Laudel Contemporary’s exhibition building through playful mediums, including post-it notes and playing cards. In her hands, cards become colourful portraits that tell the stories of Ottoman Sultans. Her investigation of contemporary lifestyles also uses painting, neon and glass to create bold and energetic work.
