Yapı Kredi Kültür Sanat is hosting a retrospective of the works of famed cartoonist, satirist and artist Turhan Selçuk. His works in comic books are particularly notable; many readers may remember the comic books and character of Abdülcanbaz. Selçuk also the created the art for many book covers, including for Hababam Sınıfı, the Turkish translation of Pearl S. Buck’s Good Earth and Voltaire’s Candide.
